When Antin Infrastructure Partners chose to relocate their office to the exclusive Sackville Street in Mayfair, they appointed us to deliver the Cat B Design & Build fit out. Our solution provided Antin with an open plan area, enclosed offices, meeting rooms and reception – in addition to a tea point, copy rooms and server rooms.
Our extensive knowledge of BREEAM principles were used to strategically design a space that takes full advantage of sustainable elements on offer: a contemporary and distinctive interior to match the building’s impressive exterior. The project had a tight time constraint of eight weeks; luckily, we were already working with a client in the building, and had completed the landlord approvals process and had a good understanding of the building regulations. Antin are thrilled with their new office, and we are pleased to add them to our growing list of financial services clients.

The Cat A fit out of The Relay Building, One Commercial Street, is a perfect example of our ability to deliver an exceptional project through teamwork and close coordination. Appointed by building owners Hondo Enterprises, we partnered with their professional team to deliver the 65,000 sq ft space in 24 weeks.
With Spotify growing at a rapid rate the company needed a larger office to accommodate more staff. Having already refurbished Spotify’s first London office, we were perfectly placed to provide a Cat B fit out for their new base in Soho. Since the brand has evolved since the last refurbishment, our designer needed to create an innovative look and feel for their new office.

We delivered this fast-track Cat B fit out to relocate global advisory and capital placement business First Avenue to their new space in the recently refurbished period building, Swan House. Having previously occupied a basement space, the client’s main aim was to improve the quality of their employee’s experience by achieving a clean, airy environment with increased natural light.

The Cat B fit out of advertising agency, Karmarama’s Farringdon office was a memorable project that gave us the opportunity to show off our design capabilities. The client was relocating 200 staff from four separate businesses into the same office. Each division had its own brand identity which needed to be incorporated.
16,500 sq. ft.
Leading UK real estate investor, Resolution Property, appointed us to strip back an existing Cat B fit out to its Cat A shell on the 3rd and 4th floors of The Bonhill Building, London EC4. In addition, we were retained to deliver the fit out of the property’s ground floor reception. The client required a bright, modern space which it could let to prospective tenants.

Having delivered the fit out of their previous office in Mayfair W1, we were excited to work with Heitman again on the Cat B fit out of their new workspace in 8 Hanover Street. In an area known for status, profile and influence, it was important to Heitman that the fit out reflected their professional values of innovation and integrity.

We delivered this Cat B fit out to provide global executive search firm, Skillcapital with a new UK HQ in a multi-tenanted building in the heart of the West End. The design provided for a professional, architectural reception area that leads to deluxe meeting rooms that are used to interview senior executives.
15,000 sq. ft.
Monitise Create are a London and San Francisco based design and engineering innovation studio. They appointed us to deliver at Cat A and Cat B fit out of their creative branch in Medius House in Soho, after we had fitted out the rest of the building to Cat A standard. We worked with Monitise Create and their professional team to deliver 15,000 sq ft in an extremely tight programme of 12 weeks.
30,000 sq. ft.
The aim of this Cat A and B fit out was to provide a new UK headquarters for Stemcor. The client already occupied one floor of City Point Tower wished to expand their premises by relocating to the top 3 floors of the building. The design needed to convey Stemcor’s corporate identity, and bespoke features were required to reflect the client’s strapline “Every step in steel”.

We completed a Cat B fit out for Klesch’s relocation to a new, primarily glass, building situated equidistant from London Victoria and Buckingham Palace. The client envisaged a clean, modern space which suited their role as a global industrial business.

Two years prior to being bought by private equity investors, Inflexion, 9 Mandeville Place had been fitted out as a serviced office which had stripped the building of much of its Victorian character. With the intention of occupying all six floors of the building, the client appointed us to restore the building’s original period style whilst creating a deluxe office environment.

Having already delivered Design & Build services for their office in Basildon, we were perfectly positioned to provide a Cat B fit out for First Data’s new workspace in London. First Data chose the 24th floor of One Canada Square as their new central London executive base; the skyscraper in Canary Wharf is a recognised landmark and a prestigious location for businesses worldwide.
