The new space was designed to create a collaborative environment between employees.
With this change the company intends to improve its image, comfort and working conditions and at the same time enhance the Tétris business, since the new space serves as a showroom.

1,900 sq. ft. residential office fit-out
JLL appointed Tétris for the design and fit-out of their Canary Wharf residential retail unit as part of their ongoing commitment to establishing a high-street presence reflective of their innovative brand values.
JLL has leased 250 sqm of offices in the CBD for its new headquarters.
Together with JLL, we designed their new office working environment with Activity Based Working (ABW) principles. No one has their own office, desk or dedicated work area and the current 50 employees only have 26 desks. However, there are 7 different working areas and a total of 155 chairs or functional points from which each employee can choose to work from.
Fit-out & refurbishment of London HQ
JLL appointed Tétris to plan, design and fit-out their new London headquarters, consolidating departments from various London offices into a single occupancy building.
Jones Lang LaSalle moved to the Heron Castilho building, one of the most emblematic ones in Lisbon, occupying an area of 450 sqm on the 8th floor.
Design and fit-out of new London office
Tétris were appointed by JLL to design and build their new London office. The new space was designed to create a collaborative environment amongst employees and clients, which incorporated a large meeting room with the flexibility to adapt to events and seminars. The design included breakout and touch-down areas as well as a business lounge to allow informal meetings.
2 500 M²
JLL office was a successful attempt to start innovative process from the very inside from ourselves. The main focus in the office concept was made on the light and space: the panoramic glazing of premises allowed the design team to use more opportunities of natural lighting as well as to increase the efficiency of artificial lighting due to the smart management system.
Further to the personnel growth, EF, the global leader in language courses abroad, leaves a master house to move to a more classical office area.
Etihad moves to a new location, in the immediate vicinity of its previous site, in order to expand its offices and to reorganize its work environment.
Further to the end of the lease, the UN High Commissioner for Refugees moved from a master house to a two-level office building which is more classical but also more efficient.

JLL-Tétris provided a comprehensive service encompassing everything from locating the space (part of which they already had) to executing the work through a “TURN KEY” solution. Tétris carried out the works, in which it was 100% involved, covering the demolition and fire-proofing of the structure, installations (electricity, HVAC, data), partitions, carpets, kitchens, etc..

Lenovo occupies two 500 m² floors at calle Amigó 11 in Barcelona. The challenge of the project has been to design a highly functional space while at the same time seeking to maximise efficiency and house 60 work stations without forgetting the plans for future growth. The company wants to stress its brand image, so we opted for vinyls with different versions of its logo.
