Fit-out of airlines restaurant
Kitchen facilities involved installation of many devices in accordance with the requirements of high class gastronomy. The restaurant’s unique setting meant its activities included both onsite customer service, and providing meals for intercontinental flights. The highest sanitary and quality requirements were of key importance.
The Ferier canteen was one of the many BREEAM Excellent certificate projects that we undertook at The Park complex. When undertaking work at this location, it was necessary to meet high certification and documentation requirements in relation to management, materials, environmental issues and waste management. The key was to create a healthy, safe work environment for all tenants.
