Fitting out offices in a Haussmann-style building
US technology leader
Our client, an American technology leader, has moved into a 19th century Haussmann-style building to create its new workspaces.
A special site that precisely underlines the antiquity of French savoir-faire and architecture through historic rooms decorated with mouldings, or the stained-glass window at the bend of a corridor, thus contrasting perfectly with the modernity of the company’s activity.
Tétris accompanied the company in the fitting out of the spaces within the framework of a Design+Build mission. The fitting-out of the premises includes in particular the realization of the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) technical installations, plumbing, electrical and computer installations, and architectural fittings (floors, fittings and joinery).
A surface area of 2,300 m², which now offers employees many types of spaces to meet their needs: meeting rooms, private offices, phone-booth, open space, cafeteria and relaxation area will delight the employees.
Tétris, during one month of upstream studies and 4 months of work, was able to meet the client’s high demands on the finishes and quality of the works. The project earned a BREEAM Very Good Certification.
