Interior and exterior relooking of DÔME
BLACKSTONE, a global leader in real estate investment, has entrusted Tétris with the task of enhancing the internal and external common areas of a newly acquired building of 20000sqm in order to facilitate its commercialization. A complete refurbishment of the building was designed by Safia Baroudi, an architect of Paris.
The real estate property complex consisted of 3 buildings, a large inner courtyard of declining standards and an obsolete aesthetic. A new look should attract new tenants. With a very tight budget and in a collaborative approach with the asset manager of the client and his architect, a complete renovation project made it possible to highlight the main common areas of the 3 entrance halls, 20 lift lobbies and the inner exterior courtyard. Work has focused on surface finishes, lighting, signage, custom carpentry and furniture. The court received new plants and furniture, as well as a fountain.
