Moving to a prestigious building
In order to meet its needs for growth and reorganisation, INICEA wanted to move to a prestigious building in order to be in line with its activity as a top-of-the-range clinic.
The company chose the former St Paul prison, located in the Confluence district, which has recently been refurbished as a multi-use building (tertiary sector, housing, schools and shops).
It chose 2 levels: a new floor in which Tétris positioned the administrative offices and a ground floor rehabilitated for the conviviality and customer reception areas.
The challenge was to show ingenuity in the layout of this last space which benefits from high ceilings that are difficult to partition, in addition to very little natural light. The idea was not to distort the historical character of the site.
Particular attention was paid to the partitioning finishes to enable us to provide maximum light and to the layout to obtain the comfort expected by the employees.
