JLL’s new office in Rotterdam, designed and built by Tétris, has 52 workstations, three compartments for short consultations, eight silent work areas and five meeting rooms. The challenge for the designer was to create openness, but also to give the different departments within JLL the necessary privacy. The designer succeeded by making glass and steel sliding doors.
The large entrance is striking. When entering the office it obvious that this is a JLL office. The custom-made desk creates a warm atmosphere and the many seating areas give visitors the feeling that they are always welcome in the office. Tétris has made sure there is a space for every kind of meeting and work. The custom made cabinets are neatly concealed in the walls and the furniture fits perfectly with the overall design of the office.
