Turnkey delivery of a school

ECS

ECS decided to set up a new school and to move into a building on Chaussée de Waterloo in Brussels.

Tétris managed these turnkey works in general contractor mode. The works included: heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems, electrics, carpentry, false ceiling, painting, plumbing, a fire detection system and floors.

The challenge for this project lay in the need to not only design offices, but also study rooms, and all in record time! The entire project was completed in under 4 months, just in time for the students to start their studies.
